Covid Compliance – At all times Eat Auckland Tours will comply with NZ Government Covid rules. Guests are also expected to comply with NZ Government Covid rules and bring their own face masks.
Bookings: Bookings are tentative until payment received, and you have received the confirmation email. All tours have a minimum and maximum number, and if the required minimum numbers are not met, we will refund your money or transfer it to another tour according to your instructions. The website booking system will indicate when a tour is full. If for unforeseen circumstances the tour is cancelled, we will refund your money in full or transfer it to another tour of your choice.
Cancellations: If you booked but are unable to attend you can send someone in your place. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your replacement.
Transfers: If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer to another tour subject to availability and providing us with 7 days’ notice.
Arriving late: Please make arrangements to arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour commences. We are on a tight schedule and tour guides cannot wait for late arrivals.
Weather conditions: We conduct tours rain or shine, and you are advised to prepare for the conditions.
Dietary restrictions: Please refer to Tour information on our website to find information of the dietary restrictions that can be catered for. If you wish to make use of one of the available dietary restrictions, please ensure you correctly complete the booking form dietary options. We cannot guarantee that your food has not come into contact with ingredients not included in your dietary restriction.
Dietary allergens: Please be aware that the food served may contain or have come into contact with allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, nuts, fish, shellfish. Your allergies are your responsibility to manage.
Safety: We endeavour to maintain a safe environment throughout the tour; however, your safety and the safety of your belongings are your responsibility. Please take care crossing streets, on uneven footpaths and on stairs.
Vouchers: Gift vouchers can be redeemed on the EatAuckland booking site. Vouchers are valid for 12 months. And can be used as payment towards any tour. The voucher holder will be charged for any price difference if they use the voucher to buy tickets with a value greater than the value of the tickets selected. If the tickets purchased are less than the value of the voucher, no refunds can be given, however any remaining credit can be used towards other tours. Please make the booking before the voucher expires. There are no refunds on any vouchers.
